Cancellation Policy

1. Online Payment Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Digital Wallets)

Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it, or at any time before you receive your shipping confirmation email/message.

After Shipping: Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the items, please accept the delivery and initiate a standard return within our 14-day return and exchange window.

Refund Processing: Approved cancellations for online payments will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that banks can take 5 to 10 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
To help us maintain fair shipping rates and efficient service, we kindly ask that you respect the following COD cancellation terms:

Before Shipping: You can cancel your COD order within 2 hours of placement with no penalties. Please reply to your order confirmation WhatsApp message or contact our customer service to cancel.

After Shipping / Delivery Refusal: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted. Our shipping partners do not allow packages to be opened, tested, or inspected prior to payment.

Our Policy on Refusals: If a COD shipment is rejected at the doorstep without a valid, pre-approved reason, the customer may be restricted from using the Cash on Delivery option for future orders and will need to prepay online.
