Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery Timeframe:

• We estimate that your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.
• for COD orders: Orders are processed after WhatsApp confirmation or call confirmation
• You will be contacted before delivery to confirm availability

Package opening during delivery

• Package opening during delivery is not allowed to maintain product integrity and safety.

Shipping Costs:

• For deliveries, a flat shipping fee of 85 EGP  within Cairo, 100 EGP outside of Cairo , will be applied at checkout.
  

Partial Delivery:

• Please note that we do not fulfill partial deliveries. Your complete order will be shipped together.

Important Considerations:
